Course Outline

The aim of Music Studies Centre is to nurture a group of talented and musically inclined students to excel in the field of music and to promote this at the local, national and international levels. It also hopes to produce a group of qualified musicians who are able to provide consultation service to the society as a whole. The main emphasis of this course is to develop the abilities in performing as a group as well as an individual. To accomplish this, the student will be exposed to lectures, seminars, performances, concerts and so on.

Through these exposures the students will be more prepared to face challenges ahead, either in the management or performance aspects of the music industry in Malaysia and an international level. They are also trained to have an analytical mind in analyzing current issues involving the music industry.
