These are the documents that every applicant have to prepare:
1. 3 copies of passport-sized photo with name written on the reverse.
2. Completely filled application form.

3. A photocopy of Identity Card & Birth Certificate.
4. A certified photocopy of academic transcript of ACTUAL SPM Certificate or other academic qualifications, such as UEC (Unified Examination Certificate) & so on.
5. A certified photocopy of MQA transcript.
(For applicant who have taken MQA subjects - National Languages, Moral Studies or Islam Studies in previous college or institution only)
6. Portfolio of drawing & sketching consisting atl least 2 pieces of your original artwork.
(Applicant's portfolio refundable after graduate ; For Design coures's applicant only)
7. Registration Fee of RM500.00 (Click here to know about our course fee)
Yes, it is possible to enroll unless you have a forecast result of SPM in your secondary school. When applying you have to give us your photocpy of forecast result. After the ACTUAL SPM result being released you have to give us a certified photocopy of actual result within one month at the same year.
No, the applicant's portfolio will not affect the result for enrollment. The portfolio is used to know the applicant's drawing and design standard. After graduate from our institution you can know what you have learn or improved by reference with your portfolio submitted before.
